Cebi continues to grow in Bardello (Italy)

In July 2017, we were proud to announce the new opening of our production site located in Bardello, in the Province of Varese, Italy.

A total investment of 11 million Euro has been realized in order to set up a second production location for electric motors especially for the seat regulation for major Tier 1 customers. Of course this investment in Western Europe was only possible by applying the Industry 4.0 concept and installing a fully interconnected automatic assembly process. In the first stage, the Bardello site is supporting Cebi Motors located in Padova that is undergoing a great expansion for its electric motors. In a second phase, the site should also welcome other automatic assembly lines to assist other Cebi's production sites.

The new plant should reach a total output of 3 million parts in 2018.

What's more? Thanks to this great expansion 35 new jobs have been created.
