Collection and use
When you send us a resume or a cover letter to apply online, we use your information to define matching job opportunities.
Cebi generally collects only the personal information necessary to complete your demand. Where optional or additional information is needed, you will be notified at the point of collection.
Cebi only collects "sensitive" personal information when the concerned individuals voluntary give us this information or where such information is required or permitted to be collected by law or by professional standards. Sensitive information includes personal information regarding a person's ethnicity race, trade union membership, political/ religious or similar beliefs, physical or mental health, sexual life or criminal record. Please use your discretion when providing sensitive information to Cebi, and under no circumstance, should you provide sensitive information to Cebi, unless you thereby consent to Cebi's use of that information for its legitimate business purposes and consent to the transfer and storage of such information to and in Cebi databases. Website visitation tracking
Like most websites, our website uses Google Analytics to track users' interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people visiting our website to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their browsing through our pages.
Although Google Analytics records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. Google Analytics also records your computer's IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google does not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third party data processor (section 5).

Access to personal data
Your information may be shared internally for recruitment process purposes. This includes members of our HR and recruitment teams, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy and IT staff if an access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.
We may share your data with third parties (not listed above), unless your job application is successful.
Personal data protection
We take the security of your data seriously. We have internal policies and controls in place to ensure that your data are not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed and are not accessible to anyone except to our HR teams and the relevant team leaders for the proper performance of their functions.
Personal data Retention
If your job application is unsuccessful, we will retain your data for 12 (twelve) months after the end of the relevant recruitment process.
If your job application is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personal file within the HR department (electronic and paper versions) and retained during your employment time.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:
- Access and obtain a copy of your data on request;
- Require the organization to change incorrect or incomplete data;
- Require the organization to delete or stop processing your data, insofar as possible;
- Object to the processing of your data if Cebi is relying on its legitimate interests as the legal ground for processing.

Data breaches
