What You’ll Do?

  • Manage Key Accounts: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key national and international customers in the automotive industry, including major Tier suppliers and OEMs
  • Drive New Business: Identify and acquire new opportunities while managing exciting new projects that contribute to our growth
  • Monitor Projects: Make sure that projects stay on track
  • Negotiation and Offer Management: Develop compelling, competitive proposals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment. Lead follow-up efforts to secure successful orders and close deals
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Take an active role in sales and budget planning, perform variance analyses, and adapt strategies based on real-time sales data, working closely with the dedicated teams to drive success
  • Contribute to Growth: Actively contribute to business development initiatives and strategies that drive the company's success

What We’re Looking For?

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with a strong technical foundation
  • Previous sales experience in an international environment
  • Extensive knowledge of the automotive industry, combined with a well-established network, is highly advantageous
  • Assertive with excellent integration abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication making you a valuable team player
  • Readiness to travel to meet clients and engage in projects
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
