Cebi International S.A., the mother company of the group based on the same premises as Cebi Luxembourg S.A., is currently looking for a Project Manager trainee for its IT department.

Our Mission:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an IT Project Management Trainee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our IT Project Manager in overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring their successful execution within time and budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and managing various IT projects across the organization.
  • Process Enhancement: Contribute to the promotion and maintenance of the Cebi Project Management Process
  • Documentation and Meetings: Support preparing essential project documentation and participating in meetings to evaluate project services and products.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Assist in maintaining open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project activities, and addressing any challenges or changes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Support the preparation of project schedules, methodologies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and outcomes.

Education and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic project management environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across diverse functional areas.
  • Enthusiastic about learning project management practices, contributing to the growth of our IT department, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, French is an asset.
