To support the digital transformation of our organization, we are seeking a motivated and analytical intern to join our Industry 4.0 team for a 6-month internship in our headquarters in Luxembourg. As an Industry 4.0 Data Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in helping our operations team leverage the power of machine data. You will support data analysis, prepare training materials, and generate reports to identify optimization opportunities. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and sustainable practices in manufacturing.

Your Mission:

  • Assist in the analysis of machine data collected through our digital twin solution, identifying trends and optimization opportunities in production, quality, maintenance, and energy usage.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to help plant operations teams improve the usage of our digital twin platform.
  • Collaborate with front-end team to create data analysis reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance data analytics capabilities, offering innovative solutions for complex data analysis challenges.
  • Collaborate with plant operations teams to gather feedback on the digital twin tool, suggesting practical improvements to enhance user experience and analytics efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Industry 4.0 development team to provide feedback based on real-world use cases, helping to refine and improve the digital twin solution.

Your Profile:

  • Current enrollment in a relevant graduate program (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field).
  • Solid analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. Python).
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 concepts is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present results effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
