Your Mission :
- Logistics process management - accepting orders from customers, planning materials for production, production planning, managing shipments to the customer
- Management of warehouse processes, including: receiving components, issuing components for production, preparing shipments to customers
- Defining indicators for the Logistics and Warehouse area and monitoring these indicators
- Managing subordinate staff, including developing and motivating employees, setting goals and monitoring the results of their work, implementing new employees
- Optimization of the internal logistics process and warehouse management
- Ongoing analysis of warehouse costs and their optimization
- Participation in new projects regarding logistic and storage requirements
Your Profile :
- Approximately 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing company, preferably experience in the area of Logistics and/or Warehouse
- Automotive company is desirable
- Knowledge of logistics and warehousing processes
- Experience of EDI implementation
- Knowledge of best practices in the area of Logistics and Warehouse and the ability to implement them in the organization
- Knowledge of English sufficient to enable free communication (oral and written)
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of several employees
